Lasya, Dance Club

Objectives:

The motto of the Dance Club is to nurture the talent, celebrate the diversity and give expressions to the creativity of young minds. It encourages students to participate in various inter and intra college dance competitions. The club is actively involved in organizing various dance competitions in the college. This club makes the students to adapt creative, fun and easy way of learning dance. Dance club keeps the students to be fit, socialize and learning skills through dance. Students participated in other colleges and also brought laurels for the college

• To strengthen the students creative skills in live performance through dance forms.
• To enhance the dance talent among the students
• Contribution: Contribute positively to the club's activities, whether through creative work, event organization, or other forms of participation.
• To encourage the students to actively participating in various dance events conducted within the campus and outside the campus
• To showcase the talents of the students in various forms of dance

Rules:

• Respect Others: Treat fellow members, instructors, and staff with kindness and respect. Avoid discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind
• Follow Instructions: Listen to and follow instructions given by instructors or club leaders during classes, rehearsals, and performances
• Punctuality: Arrive on time for classes, rehearsals, and events to avoid disruptions and maximize learning opportunities
• Promotion of Club Activities: Help promote club events and activities within the club and the wider community to attract participation and support
• Attendance: Attend classes, rehearsals, and scheduled performances regularly and inform the club if unable to attend
• Appropriate Attire: Wear suitable dance attire and footwear that is appropriate for the style of dance being practiced
• Safety First: Prioritize safety during dance activities by following proper techniques, warming up before dancing, and reporting any hazards or injuries
• Equipment Care: Take care of club equipment and facilities, including dance floors, mirrors, and sound systems

• Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to club leaders and instructors to help improve the quality of instruction, events, and overall club experience
• Continuous Learning: Take advantage of opportunities for personal growth and development by attending workshops, master classes, and performances outside of regular club activities.
